Manager - Compliance GQ&CR

As a part of the team working with SoQM Leads of KPMG Member firms, your role will involve monitoring, reviewing, testing, and reporting on the operation of relevant SoQM components and controls. You will also be responsible for leading and reviewing the work of junior team members, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely completion of the review projects. Project management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, requiring you to manage work programs effectively to maintain high quality standards across all deliverables and projects. Collaborating with KPMG Member firms to identify best practices for effective monitoring and conducting Tests of Design and Test of Operating effectiveness of technical manual controls will also be part of your duties. You will be overseeing the planning, scoping, overall team management, reporting, and follow-up on each review project. Ensuring successful knowledge transfer for the proper implementation of project deliverables and key results will be essential. Staying current with SoQM, GQCR, and CEAC methodologies through research, learning, and effective implementation will also be expected from you. Drafting Process & Control Documentation using Risk & Control Matrices, Flowcharts, and SOPs will be required, along with adopting automation tools for better project management. Implementing process improvement methods to enhance compliance program quality and managing resourcing and overall team operations will also fall under your purview. Collaboration with the resourcing director to ensure hiring requirements are discussed and closed will be necessary to meet the team's operational needs effectively. Your role will be critical in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in compliance programs within the organization.,
