Manager Compliance & Client Servicing

As a Compliance & Client Delivery Manager at R. Dangayach & Co. (RDCA) in Jaipur, your role involves independently handling GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and Accounting reviews. You will lead a compliance division, work closely with partners, and manage a growing portfolio of clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and review GST workings, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns & GST Audits - Oversee Income Tax return filings (Individual, Firm, Company) - Handle MCA/ROC filings: AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-KYC, MSME-1, etc. - Review monthly accounting, ledgers, reconciliations & closure - Act as the primary contact for client queries - Ensure all compliance deadlines are met - Conduct periodic review meetings with clients - Interpret law updates & communicate implications to clients - Lead a team of juniors and interns - Allocate work, review deliverables & manage quality - Train staff on GST, IT, TDS, ROC & accounting processes - Build SOPs and checklists for internal processes - Maintain compliance trackers & dashboards - Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions - Work with tools such as Coda, Google Workspace, Tally, Zoho Books - Support implementation of automation in reconciliations & reporting **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - CA / CS / Semi-qualified CA / Senior Accountant / MBA(Finance) - 5-10 years experience in compliance & client delivery - Strong technical knowledge: GST, IT Act, MCA, TDS, Accounting - Ability to manage multiple clients & deadlines - Proficiency in Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, and compliance software - Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills,
