Manager - Compensation Services

As a Manager - Compensation Services at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the delivery of country/region-specific activities related to compensation services. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting reports, attending local reviews, handling market data, conducting benchmarking submissions, and supporting various P&R projects. You will collaborate with country Reward Leads/Consultants to identify opportunities for simplification and standardization, and work closely with key stakeholders to provide meaningful reporting that drives effective business insights. Ensuring high data integrity for informed decision-making will be a key aspect of your role, requiring you to work with extended HR teams to enhance data accuracy within internal systems. Your ownership of work, ability to work independently with minimal guidance, and building of professional relationships with colleagues in the Performance & Reward function, HRBPs, and global teams will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, economics, mathematics, or engineering disciplines. Experience in HR functions and understanding of Reward/Compensation processes are required, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Experience in data analysis, working with analytical tools, and understanding business objectives will be advantageous. Additional desirable skills include exposure to multi-country teams, the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment, strong relationship management capabilities, and excellent consulting, research, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
