Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to establish, manage, and lead the Center of Excellence (COE). The Manager will be responsible for defining the COE vision, setting up operational frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, and a proven record of driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Establish and operationalize the COE, including defining processes, governance models, and performance metrics.
Lead overall COE activities, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
Manage daily operations of the COE, oversee resource allocation, and ensure effective utilization.
Drive innovation and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams and projects.
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand requirements, present updates, and resolve escalations.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Management, Technology, or related field.
8+ years of professional experience, including prior managerial roles.
Strong background in governance, process management, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience in IT Audit, IT implementation, Network Security, and Cyber Security will be preferred.
