As a Manager in the Career Management Centre at WeSchool, your role involves developing and nurturing industry connects to enhance the fitment between students and corporate organizations. You will need to stay updated on changes impacting businesses across sectors and understand the implications on the knowledge, skills, and attitude required from Management students. Key Responsibilities: - Actively develop and maintain industry connections by reaching out to senior positions and experts in various sectors. - Design and implement student interventions to optimize opportunities for corporate interactions. - Liaise with organizations for campus placements and coordinate with student teams for a smooth transition into the corporate world. - Facilitate organizations" selection process and sometimes participate in the shortlisting process. - Build and enhance the institute's corporate interface, guiding students in career development. - Mobilize students for campus placement promotional activities and motivate team members to achieve departmental objectives. - Collaborate effectively with corporate houses, industry leaders, and trade associations. - Support various promotional activities undertaken by the Department, including offering services on Sundays/holidays with compensatory offs. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate qualification - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field Additionally, you may be assigned other responsibilities as needed throughout the year.
