About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Manager to join our growing team. This role is central to the day-to-day functioning of the business and involves a mix of client communication, operational oversight, and team coordination. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that everything from client proposals to internal deliverables runs smoothly and on time.


Key Responsibilities:

-Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client enquiries

-Prepare and share customized proposals based on client requirements

-Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients

-Oversee client servicing and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience

-Supervise social media managers to ensure timely completion of deliverables

-Track progress and manage timelines for all ongoing client projects

-Collaborate with the founders/leadership team on overall business operations


Qualifications

-Understanding of wedding events, wedding trends and social media management is preferred

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

-Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
