Manager Client Relations & Operations

The Manager position we are offering requires a proactive and highly organized individual to become part of our expanding team. This role plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of the business, involving client communication, operational oversight, and team coordination. As the go-to person, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely execution of everything from client proposals to internal deliverables. Your main responsibilities will include responding promptly and professionally to incoming client inquiries, creating and sharing customized proposals based on client needs, scheduling and conducting introductory calls with potential clients, overseeing client servicing to ensure a high-quality experience, supervising social media managers for timely completion of deliverables, tracking progress and managing timelines for all ongoing client projects, and collaborating with the founders/leadership team on overall business operations. Ideally, you should have an understanding of wedding events, wedding trends, and social media management. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
