Manager - Client Relations

As a strategic Client Account Manager, your role will involve managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. You should possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, digital) to deliver integrated campaigns. - Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and status updates. - Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients. - Develop and manage budgets for timely and profitable campaign delivery. - Mentor and support junior account team members. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in account management or client-facing role. - Proven track record of client retention and growth. - Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing & advertising channels, and industry trends. - Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Nice to Have: - Experience with advertising agency operations. - Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.). - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
