Manager - Civil Projects (Greenfield project)

Role & responsibilities

To coordinate with CIVIL- site contractors for planning and scheduling for different civil work. Update, day to day work with effective watch over Work Quality; Quantity variations and joint measurements. Also coordinate with other team members to achieve project milestones.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Team player of Civil Construction team at Site
2. Based on the received drawings, assign work and timelines and ensures the implementation of the same.
3. Ensure collection of data; analyze to achieve relevant construction quality and safety.
4. Help overcome constraints , work out alternatives to the design in case of difficulties
5. Retention of records in respective area. Preparation & completeness of documentation for qualification in terms of facility.
6. Prepare snag list. Give final acceptance of construction quality for civil components / systems after fixing it.
7. Review measurements sheets.
8. Ensure Schedule updates in primavera and send progress reports in terms of schedule work quantity, progress, constraints, snaps and etc.
9. Coordinate with factory inspector, External approving agency, water, IDC and etc.
10. Execute construction quality audits, Internal / External audits for Civil
11. Responsible for Construction quality; finishes, Operations, Performance and safety at site
12. Report quantity variation and scope change

Educational Qualification

B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Technical Skills/Competencies (Software packages, experience with specific machines etc.)

MS Office ,Auto cad, Statutory / govt licensing procedures & requirements

Excellent communication skills, strong collaborator, problem solving, interdepartmental coordination, and team leadership.

Experience

(8 to 10 Years of experience in relevant field in Pharmaceutical Industry.)
