Job Description

Your key deliverables will include maintaining records of all building drawings and ensuring that all instructions and guidelines from the fitout manual are followed. You will be responsible for providing necessary permits for activities such as night work, hot work, and height work, as well as coordinating security arrangements for fitout activities. Monitoring and controlling work in progress according to the client-approved plan will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will oversee the completion of snagging and de-snagging work in flats and common areas, ensuring that all safety requirements are adhered to on site. Advising contractors on minor execution issues and ensuring that all work meets client design control specifications will also be part of your responsibilities. Daily visits to ongoing fit-out work sites to check civil work layouts will be required. You will work closely with management to improve and maintain the building in a clean and maintenance-free condition. Meeting with clients starting fit-out work to address queries regarding working procedures, instructions, and material handling in accordance with approved drawings and other fit-out work and operational activities will be essential. Maintaining a fitout tracker, providing clients with energy conservation plans, and coordinating and maintaining the as-built drawing and transition document library are also key tasks. Collaborating with regional teams and ensuring closure of all required reports will be important. Lastly, you will facilitate services under the slogan "No Safety, No Work.",
