Job Description

As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining records of all building drawings. - Ensuring all instructions and guidelines are followed as per the fitout manual. - Providing necessary permits for night work, hot work, and height work. - Coordinating all necessary security arrangements for the execution of fitout activities. - Monitoring and controlling work in progress according to the approved plan by the client. - Ensuring completion of snagging and de-snagging work of flats/common areas. - Ensuring that all safety requirements are being followed at the site. - Advising contractors on minor execution issues. - Ensuring that all work meets client design control specifications. - Conducting daily visits to ongoing fit-out work to check civil work layout. - Working closely with management to improve and maintain the building in a clean and maintenance-free condition. - Meeting with clients starting fit-out work to resolve queries regarding working procedures, instructions, and material handling as per approved drawings and other fit-out work and operation activities-related documents. - Maintaining a fitout tracker. - Providing clients with suitable energy conservation plans. - Coordinating and maintaining the as-built drawing and transition document library. - Working closely with regional RO/HO/SME/Training teams to ensure closure of all required reports. - Facilitating services under the slogan "No Safety No Work."
