Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Career Advancement, located in Sonipat. The Manager - Career Advancement will be responsible for developing and implementing career advancement programs, providing career counseling to students, and building relationships with employers and industry leaders. The role includes organizing workshops, facilitating internships and placement opportunities, and maintaining updated records of student career progress.

Qualifications

• Skills in career counseling, mentorship, and student development.
• Experience with relationship building with employers and industry leaders.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage workshops, internships, and placement opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of career advancement strategies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of students and faculty.
• Experience in higher education or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
