EvoFuture India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Global Edge Pathway LLC (USA), is introducing Evo Autohub & Café — a unique lifestyle destination combining premium car wash & detailing services, a cozy café lounge, and travel & study abroad support under one roof.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Manager to lead our Kollam outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of both car wash and café sections.
• Ensure smooth workflow, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Handle stock, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
• Track daily sales, expenses, and performance reports.
• Support local marketing, promotions, and events.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business / Hospitality / Management (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience managing café, service, or hospitality operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication (English & Malayalam).
• Basic computer skills (Excel, POS, CRM).
• Willing to work weekends and flexible hours.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + performance incentives.
