Key Responsibilities Bakery & Dessert Section Prepare and decorate donuts, pastries, cakes, muffins, brownies, and cookies daily. Develop new recipes and seasonal desserts that align with café trends. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all bakery items. Manage baking schedules and ingredient inventory. Beverage & Mocktail Creation Craft signature mocktails, cold brews, frappés, and specialty coffees . Experiment with flavor combinations to create unique beverages for Evo Café. Train baristas or support staff to replicate recipes with precision and consistency. Café Kitchen Operations Supervise all kitchen activities, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI compliance). Maintain cleanliness and organization in preparation areas. Oversee ingredient ordering, vendor coordination, and stock control. Manage kitchen cost efficiency and reduce wastage. Coordinate with café management for daily sales targets, menu updates, and special promotions. Team Leadership Train and guide kitchen assistants, bakers, and baristas. Foster a positive, professional, and creative work environment. Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. Requirements Diploma / Certification in Culinary Arts, Bakery & Confectionery, or Hotel Management . 3–6 years of experience as a Café Chef, Baker, or Head Barista in a reputed café or bakery (experience in Starbucks, CCD, or similar setups preferred).
