Manager- Capacity Planning & Management

The objective of this role is to build network capacity to ensure availability of networks that support products and services to meet customer requirements and participate in planning for short-term and long-term capacity needs. Responsibilities: - Responsible for analyzing the current network, including MPLS, IP, GSIP, and cloud capacity, forecasting future capacity requirements, and making recommendations for network and cloud expansion or optimization to align with business demands. - Lead projects related to network capacity management, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and planning the lifecycle management of network elements as necessary. - Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on network and cloud performance. - Manage cloud capacity, including resources such as storage, compute, and network resources. - Utilize Cramer knowledge to maintain accurate records of network assets, track changes in network capacity, ensure effective use of network resources, and assist in modelling new devices, SQL query writing, and Metadata creation in configurator tool. Desired Skill sets: - BE/B Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications or equivalent. - 4+ years" experience working on Telecom technologies like Transmission, IP-MPLS, Cloud, and UCC products. - Experience in capacity planning and management. - Expertise in inventory management systems like Cramer. - Strong data analytics and statistical experience. - Applied knowledge of using analytical skills to resolve problems, changes, or analyze data. - Experience leading projects and initiatives. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.,
