Manager - Business Manager

As a Business Manager at TARC, your role will be to expand and grow the LC3 technology transfer business across India and other priority areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Expanding and growing the business of TARC by at least 25% year-on-year. - Building on existing relationships and contacts with various clients. - Developing and expanding a new client base in the cement industry worldwide to grow TARC's business. - Maintaining partnerships and developing new networks to grow the LC3 business. - Driving business growth, income, and continuous improvement of services to create maximum business revenues. - Launching new business initiatives in the construction sector based on increased availability of LC3 material worldwide. - Affirming the leadership position of TARC with high-quality delivery of consultancy and technical services. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any Engineering/Science discipline with Post Graduation in Business Administration/Management. - At least 4 years of experience in business development in a reputed company/consultancy organization. - Experience in cement/concrete or allied industries will be given preference. As a Manager C2, you will be required to be proficient in English with excellent communication skills, have excellent knowledge and understanding of technology-related businesses, strong computer and software skills, demonstrated experience working independently and delivering performance, and the ability to be a self-starter with multitasking abilities. This position can be either regular or contractual based on the needs and qualifications, with performance-based incentives.,
