As an experienced professional with 3 to 4 years in Chit Companies/NBFC/Finance, your role will involve negotiating contracts with clients or vendors, including the development of terms and conditions of agreements. You will be responsible for establishing company policies and procedures for all departments within the organization. Additionally, reviewing financial reports and providing recommendations for business operations improvement based on findings will be a key part of your responsibilities.
