Job Role - Business Development Manager Location - Nagpur, Maharashtra./On-site Experience - 3 to 5 yrs (Relevant experience/Background Verification). Qualification - Graduate/PG Graduate Business Development Executive & Business Development Manager Openings. Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of your sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
