Manager - Business Consulting

You will be the Manager Business Consulting, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and business growth strategies and overseeing the lifecycle of customer engagement projects for clients. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing capabilities, drive customer engagement, and optimize the use of Martech tools and platforms. Data analysis and interpretation skills are crucial for informing various aspects of strategy and execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide expert consulting on customer engagement, Business growth, Digital Strategy, Digital Product Management, Experience Strategy, and Customer Data Strategy. - Lead the product management lifecycle including defining product vision, roadmap, and success metrics. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for effective project delivery. - Design and implement customer engagement strategies using popular tools for personalized interactions. Analyze customer data to inform engagement tactics and enhance the customer journey. - Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Manage relationships with key product vendors and external partners. - Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize business and customer engagement initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership and clients. - Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of Martech tools and customer engagement strategies. Provide data-driven insights to clients for improved marketing efforts and business goals. **Qualifications:** - MBA from a top-tier institute, B-Tech in Computer Science, or related field (Masters degree preferred). - 3-9 years of experience in marketing technology, product management, or related field with a track record in strategy development and product ownership. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. - Demonstrated experience in customer engagement strategy and execution. Excellent product management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
