As the Manager, Business Analytics & Product Management at Mastercard, your primary focus will be on developing, optimizing, and managing pre-sales analytics tools. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of AI-driven analytics tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating AI and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing and enhancing AI-driven analytics tools to quantify the value of Mastercard's services, enabling effective communication and boosting customer engagement. - Support the creation, optimization, and lifecycle management of pre-sales analytics and pricing tools to contribute to improved business outcomes. - Leverage AI and advanced analytics techniques to enhance pre-sales tools, enabling data-driven insights that support pricing strategies and customer engagement. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Product teams to ensure AI-powered tools meet business requirements and support strategic decision-making. - Help generate actionable insights from AI and business analytics, providing clear recommendations for pre-sales efforts, pricing optimization, and customer engagement. - Support the ongoing optimization of pre-sales and pricing tools, identifying opportunities for integrating AI innovations to enhance efficiency and accuracy. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong background in business analytics with experience in developing AI-driven tools for pre-sales value quantification. - Hands-on experience integrating AI techniques into business analytics tools to optimize pricing strategies and enhance decision-making. - Solid understanding of pre-sales processes and the ability to develop AI-powered tools for effective communication with customers. - Experience in managing the lifecycle of AI and analytics tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability. - Exceptional collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex AI-driven insights to stakeholders. - Familiarity with using AI to support the development and optimization of pricing strategies. - Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to deliver AI-powered tools that meet business needs and drive measurable business value. - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics, data science, or AI/ML are preferred.
