Manager - Brand Strategy

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading brand strategy initiatives, including developing brand identities, driving creative strategy, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. As a Brand Strategy Manager, you should possess a strategic mindset and creative storytelling skills while having a deep understanding of brand positioning, audience behavior, and campaign planning. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and define brand strategies, positioning, and messaging for real estate clients. - Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to bring brand concepts to life. - Conduct market research, audience insights, and competitor analysis to guide strategy. - Build and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints. - Create integrated marketing plans and oversee brand campaigns from ideation to execution. - Work closely with design and digital teams to deliver innovative and high-impact brand experiences. - Present strategic ideas and campaign concepts to internal stakeholders and clients. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure alignment with brand objectives. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Branding, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably within a digital agency environment. - Proven experience in developing brand identities and campaigns for real estate or similar sectors. - Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. - Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,
