Manager - Brand Sales

As an on-demand video streaming entertainment platform dedicated to providing the best in Bengali entertainment, hoichoi, the digital vertical of SVF Entertainment, is seeking passionate individuals to join its team and contribute to redefining online entertainment for Bengalis globally. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, cultivating new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through effective category identification and concept pitching. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients to meet sales targets. - Pitch content partnerships for both long-form and short-form formats to new and existing brands. - Negotiate contracts and secure agreements to drive business growth. - Identify and monitor categories to enhance revenue generation. - Create compelling pitches to showcase developed concepts and ideas, collaborating with the sales team when necessary. - Support the account management team in ensuring timely delivery of client requirements. - Prepare client presentations and documentation as per supervisory guidelines. - Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. - Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. - Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with editorial and content creation teams on upcoming projects. - Collaborate with production partners, media agencies, and talent to develop and execute concepts effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branded content and solutions across digital and television mediums, with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem. - Sales-driven mindset to help clients visualize brand philosophy through branded content. - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of mediums and close deals successfully. - Ability to align content with brand objectives through creative orientation. - Previous experience in selling branded content or video production is advantageous. - Experience in content and project management with a hands-on approach to production pipelines. - Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. - Exceptional presentation abilities to showcase developed concepts and ideas. - Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
