Manager - Brand Innovation

As a Brand Innovator, your role will involve creating and executing an 18-month pipeline to drive sales and enhance brand imagery. This includes developing new product concepts, exploring new positioning ideas, and leveraging consumer insights and data for product development. You will also be responsible for ideating various events, tracking the impact of new product launches on both top line and bottom line, and leading multiple NPD projects simultaneously while managing stakeholders from finance, SCM, packaging, and advertising agency.
