  • Design & Deployment of different (Transition & Day 1) learning intervention
  • Delivering training as required
  • To impact analyses of learning intervention
  • Redirect training intervention as and when required
  • Insuring minimum coverage as define by management
  • Maintaining MIS and deriving required report
