Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the full IT infrastructure servers, endpoints, network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and enterprise software.
• Supervise and guide the local IT support team to ensure maximum uptime and efficient support.
• Implement and enforce IT and cybersecurity policies across endpoints and networks.
• Oversee network segmentation, firewall policies, VPN access, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Coordinate with the central IT leadership to execute company-wide initiatives.
• Manage vendors, local procurement, and support SLAs.
• Ensure detailed documentation of the infrastructure, assets, access policies, and procedures.
• Lead IT planning for location-specific upgrades, expansions, and DR readiness.
• Provide on-site support for IT-related issues as required, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
• Be available for support during non-standard or odd hours, including weekends or holidays, when necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong customer-service orientation in all interactions.

• Hands-on experience in network switches, firewalls, and server configuration is mandatory

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in managing mid to large-scale IT environments (1000+ devices).
• Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, enterprise networking (LAN/WAN), Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and virtualization.
• Proven experience with endpoint security systems, firewalls, and multi-site network management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and hybrid deployments.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, PMP, or equivalents are a plus.
