Job Summary:

ITGC Audit Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
IT General Controls (ITGC)
audit focused on
financial reporting impact
Evaluate controls over
KYC/AML processes
, client onboarding, and documentation
Assess system architecture (proprietary vs. third-party) and its audit implications
Clarify and audit
crypto-to-crypto
and
crypto-to-fiat
transaction flows
Review
trading volumes
,
scalability
, and platform capacity for IPO readiness
Collaborate across international teams ensuring
time zone alignment (APAC)
Maintain
audit independence
while supporting
pre-engagement technical presentations
Participate in engagement planning, scoping, and final reporting

Required Skills:

48 years of experience in
ITGC auditing
(financial systems)
Background in
crypto exchanges, blockchain, or fintech audits
Understanding of
financial statement audits
and IPO audit requirements
Familiarity with
cloud infrastructure audits
and traditional on-premise systems
Experience with
AML/KYC processes
, digital asset controls, and transaction monitoring
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

Exposure to
APAC regulatory environments
Experience auditing platforms with
centralized settlement systems
Knowledge of
brokerage operations
and transaction fee structures
