To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in any discipline, along with an MBA specializing in sales and marketing. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is essential. Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. Effective communication skills in both Hindi and English are highly valued.
