Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Be advising a broad range of clients on a range of tax issues, covering a broad range of compliance and advisory projects

Oversee the preparation and review of corporation tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations
Advise on tax implications of business decisions, offering guidance on structuring transactions and mitigating tax risks
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing client inquiries related to tax matters throughout the investment lifecycle
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored tax solutions aligned with their goals
Stay informed of changes in tax legislation, regulations, and case law affecting private equity backed clients, and communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the Private Equity tax team
Support with pitches/proposals. Youll have a desire to get involved in Business Development activities and actively support with growing the business

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in handling Private Equity Clients prefered.
