Job Description

The main responsibility of this role is to drive Business Development of Extrusion Machinery in the Domestic Market and achieve Sales targets. Your key tasks will include building and nurturing strong and enduring customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their requirements. You will need to identify emerging markets, monitor market shifts, stay updated on new products and competition status. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing new business opportunities in various territories assigned for Injection Molding Machines. It will be crucial to keep track of the business environment, technology trends, competitor products & strategies, and create pathways for the Company to enter non-traditional or new market segments. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating business, achieving AOP targets, reducing discounts, and enhancing profitability. Regularly visiting customers to ensure a strong connection, converting them into repeat customers, developing a new customer base, reviving dormant customers, and outperforming competitors by acquiring their customers will be part of your routine. Understanding customer requirements and ensuring the correct machine sizing and selection will also be essential. You will need to ensure the timely submission of quotations and maintain constant follow-up to secure business deals. Motivating team members and fostering teamwork to work towards common goals is crucial. Creating a positive team environment and appreciating exceptional work from team members will also be part of your responsibilities. This role is part of the Sales Extrusion Team and requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years of Sales experience.
