Job Description

Manager - Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide support to 4-5 Senior Managers or Associate Partners on Calendar management, Meeting scheduling, Travel and Expense Management.

Successfully manage hectic and ever evolving calendars, ensuring proactive resolution of conflicts.
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of expenses and time-sheets.
Independently managing travel itineraries and administering the timely procurement of visas and other travel documentation. Providing detailed travel itineraries ahead of time. Rescheduling complex meetings and travel itineraries at short notice.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key client contacts.
Proactively manage the Managers marketing activities, including assisting the Managers with their Personal Marketing Plans, liaising with the Marketing department
Update the Bain client tracking database.
Logistical support for all meetings, conferences and workshops.
Technical support, including Presentations and online research.
Sending regular updates to the partners with a detailed overview of the appointments and travel itineraries.

What Bain is looking for:

Graduate or Post graduate degree
Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience of working in professional services industry is preferred
5-10 years of administrative experience which must have involved supporting multiple people

Work mode - Hybrid (2 days WFO ; 3 days WFH)

Location - Gurugram (Delhi NCR) ; Mumbai ; Bangalore

Shift time - General shift time (9.00-6.30) ; 5 days working
