Manager Artwork (Graphic Design)

About the Role:

We are a leading graphic design company seeking a talented and organized Manager for Artwork team to oversee our design team and ensure the highest creative standards across all client projects. This role requires a strong design background, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of our clients information and

creative assets.

Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in graphic design, including leadership or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house design team to deliver exceptional creative work.

2. Plan, organize, and oversee multiple design projects from concept to final delivery.

3. Ensure all client information, creative briefs, and project materials are handled with strict confidentiality.

4. Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand identity, and business goals.

5. Translate client requirements into compelling design strategies and visuals.

6. Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design outputs.

7. Supervise workflow, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of all client

projects.

8. Review and approve all design work before submission to clients, ensuring top creative quality.

9. Work closely with account managers, marketing, and production teams to meet client expectations.

10. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the team’s skills sharp.
