Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing motion graphics and social media creatives.

Design posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.

Edit videos for reels, shorts, and promotional content.

Use AI tools to enhance design speed, quality, and creativity.

Work closely with the marketing/communication team to understand content requirements.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and social media formats.

Required Skills:

Basic to intermediate experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or

similar).

Experience using AI tools for design or video editing (Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.).

Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Ability to edit short videos for social media.

Creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in meeting deadlines.

Eligibility

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in motion graphics or social media design.

A portfolio of previous work is mandatory.
