Manager Architectural Specifications

What You'll Do

Build and nurture relationships with architects, designers, and consultants through meetings, presentations, and training.
Guide and mentor a team of Specification Managers, ensuring high-quality specifications aligned with architectural vision.
Assist Product Marketing Managers with technical presentations and product positioning.
Collaborate with consultants to promote premium solutions on technical grounds.
Monitor competition activities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
Ensure effective documentation, reporting, and activity tracking through Salesforce.
Contribute to continuous learning within the team by conducting trainings on codes, standards, and specification practices.

What Were Looking For

710 years of experience in a related field (Architectural Hardware / Building Materials / Construction Solutions).
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (non-IT/CS).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Preferred: GAI Certification and knowledge of ANSI / ISO / DIN / EN hardware standards.
Experience with CRM tools and strong proficiency in MS Office.
Proven ability to mentor, lead teams, and deliver results.
Familiarity with project management tools.
