Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior work, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, civil, and finishing activities.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress and update internal teams with site reports and photos.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Manage contractor and labor teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Check and verify site measurements as needed.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of site materials in coordination with the purchase team.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental guidelines are followed at all times.
• Handle minor site issues and escalate major issues to the project manager.
• Maintain proper documentation, including daily logs, material receipts, inspection records, and snag lists.
• Conduct final handover inspections and ensure punch-list items are completed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 27 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and technical drawings.
• Excellent site coordination and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, site reporting tools).
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.
