Manager- App Marketing

In this role at Porter, you will be responsible for the execution and management of all digital marketing channels to increase customer acquisition and retention. Your key responsibilities will include: - Execution and management of all digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliates to enhance customer acquisition and retention. - Collaboration with business and marketing teams to implement re-marketing, awareness, and acquisition initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. - Working closely with performance marketing and creative agencies as well as internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Optimizing channels through testing campaign ideas, reporting, and dashboarding results. - Analyzing new market trends in performance marketing and conducting regular competitors analysis to create actionable plans. - Utilizing strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions for target achievement. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategic planning and ground execution. - Evaluating incremental customers acquired from growth experiments and understanding metrics like ROAS or LTV to CAC. Skills required for this role include: - 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience with a successful track record of managing campaigns across multiple channels for India (experience in international countries is a plus). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of analytics tools and insight generation aligned with channel strategy. - Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with knowledge of digital marketing to target iOS users being an added advantage. - Familiarity with attribution modeling of users and hands-on experience with MMP Partners. - Experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
