Job Description


Job Role: Manager / Sr Manager Accounting Number of Positions: 1 Reports to: Country Head of Finance, India DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - - - - - Ownership for month-end and year-end book closure as per IGAAP and USGAAP to ensure its in compliance with accounting policies, principles and procedures; Produce monthly Inter-company (I/co) invoices on the last day of the month based on applicable transfer pricing model; Provide month-end and year-end reports to the US offices and ensure I/co balances are reconciled every fortnight; Ensure month-end provisions, depreciation accounting, accruals, forex transactions, ledger scrutiny as part of the month / year end book close; Fixed Assets Accounting as per accounting principles, capitalization policy, identifying capitalization or repairs, additions / deletions to assets and depreciating / amortization of the assets; - - Actively involve in producing Budgets, prepare analysis and commentary on Actuals vs Budgets vs Prior Year for the month and YTD; Cash flow management, devise a monthly forecast to ensure funds are adequately requested from US offices, managed and monitored; - - - Provide PxQ analysis and trend charts for review and onward submission to FP&A team; Liaise with statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of audits; Ensure all vendor invoices, rental and utility payments, employee reimbursements, related advances are processed accurately and timely in accordance with accounting principles and SitusAMC approval policies; - - - Compliance and adherence to internal controls including verification and validation of vendor invoices, contracts, purchase orders and agreements, as applicable; Ensure statutory compliances on withholding taxes, GST credits, reverse charges, and its timely remittances in to the government treasury; Ensure secretarial compliances and timely filings of secretarial forms with ROC including scheduling and conduct of the board meetings and filing of board resolutions SKILL SETS REQUIRED: Candidates with atleast 5 years of experience in F&A function and has a solid understanding of the Financial Statements High attention to detail ¢ Must have an analytical bent of mind ¢ Should have good communication and interpersonal skills ¢ Should be able to build tools with high scalability and agility


QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: ¢ Chartered Accountant, MBA or similar academic qualification ¢ Preferably from ITES industry and having experience of getting audit done by Big4 ¢ Hands-on experience in working on any ERP, preferably WorkDay. SAP, Oracle Financials or MS Navision, Dynamics is an added advantage ¢ Excellent in MS-Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint ¢ Candidate must be located within the city boundaries ¢ High producer with attention to quality ¢ Strong PC skills, with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office ¢ Willing to work from office ¢ Willingness to learn and invest time and effort for career development.
