Manager and Accountant

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / AS).
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Ensure proper accounting of inventory, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods.
  
• Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and inter-unit transactions.
  
• Support statutory, internal, and management audits.

• Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS / AS and statutory reporting requirements.
  
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
  
• Prepare MIS reports for management with variance analysis.

2. Costing & Cost Control

• Develop and monitor product costing and cost sheets.
  
• Analyze variance between standard cost and actual cost.
  
• Monitor production costs, overheads, and wastage.
  
• Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with

  GST

  , Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), income tax returns, and TDS returns.
  
• Handle tax assessments, notices, and departmental audits.
  
• Ensure correct classification of goods and applicable tax rates.
  
• Manage input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and optimization.

. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  
• Track actual performance against budgeted figures.
  
• Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.
  
• Analyze financial ratios and KPIs relevant to manufacturing.
  
• Support strategic planning and capital expenditure analysis.

5. Inventory & Working Capital Management

• Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
  
• Ensure accurate stock valuation as per accounting standards.
  
• Optimize working capital cycle (inventory, receivables, payables).
  
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores departments.
  
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
