Job Description

Manager, Analytical Writing - Bangalore, Office-based

We are currently seeking a Manager, Analytical Writing to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Manager of Analytical Writing at ICON, you will manage a team of writers in creating high-quality, data-forward reports and documentation to support clinical research and regulatory submissions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all written content is accurate, clear, and aligned with regulatory standards, helping to drive the success of clinical trials and product approvals.

What You Will Be Doing:

Driving and managing a team of analytical writers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the production of high-quality reports and documentation.
Overseeing the creation of clinical trial reports, regulatory submissions, and other scientific documentation that clearly presents complex data and findings.
Collaborating with clinical, regulatory, and data management teams to ensure alignment of written content with project goals and regulatory requirements.
Reviewing and editing reports for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
Implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of analytical writing across the team.

Your Profile:

Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, English, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in analytical writing, scientific documentation, or medical writing, with management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical research processes, including familiarity with ICH and FDA guidelines.
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to oversee a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
