Role Overview: As a member of the team, your role is to facilitate the delivery of best-in-class analytic and data assessments and roadmaps following established processes and templates. You will work closely with other business disciplines, manage and develop the team, and serve as a point of escalation when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Develop assessments and roadmaps aligned with the external organization's business goals in relation to current analytic, data tools, processes, and acumen. - Create and manage detailed project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring risk mitigation and escalation when necessary. - Take ownership of the statement of work process. - Coordinate communication with internal and external executives and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive strategy development, define project requirements and outcomes, and identify growth opportunities. - Manage staffing and financial aspects of engagements. - Advocate for continuous improvement of internal templates, tools, and processes. - Facilitate cross-service line collaboration.
