Job Description

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B. Tech Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience of processes of LEED, EHS, ESG & ISO certification
  • Hands-on experience of managing low side of corporate office setup, experience of managing building high side will be an added advantage.
  • Good command over MS Office and communications.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Management

  • Oversee building and grounds maintenance.
  • Ensure hygiene and maintenance of workplace, utility areas and cafeteria all the time.
  • Implement security and emergency preparedness procedures. Plan and execute drills.
  • Conduct and document regular facility inspections. Maintain correct documentation as per company policy.
  • Recommend modifications in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design.
  • Supervise engineering services including HVAC, UPS, and Fire Safety systems.
  • Ensure planned and preventive maintenance. Automation of services.
  • Security and soft services management.
  • Focused customer experience and quality services

Operations & Supervision

  • Supervise and ensure quality of work by employees and vendors.
  • Manage and review service contracts.
  • SCM for HK & RM consumables, stationery, name plates, workstations
  • Communicate workplace safety precautions.
  • Corporate events setup, collaboration with different stakeholders as and when required

Finance & MIS

  • Handle general accounting: accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, budgeting.
  • Prepare MIS reports and track expenses, consumables, and energy usage.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
  • Coordinate with procurement for SCM and project PO

Project Management

  • Oversee infrastructure development of offices.
  • Forecast, allocate, and supervise financial and physical resources.

Site Execution

  • Inspect construction work for compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Snagging and HOTO process prior facility operation
  • Supervise labor for quality and safety adherence.

Billing & Audit

  • Prepare and verify Measurement Books (MB) for civil, structural, finishing, and landscape work.
  • Conduct material reconciliation.
  • Prepare deviation and extra item statements.
  • Perform technical audits and verify contract / agreements and site conditions.
