Manager - Admin & Security

Role & responsibilities

Administration Management

• Oversee all admin operations including housekeeping, pantry, transport, canteen, infrastructure maintenance, and facility upkeep.
• Drive transport planning (buses, cabs, shuttle service) ensuring safety, timely arrival/departure, and employee convenience.
• Manage office infrastructure readiness workstations, utilities, printers, consumables, IT/facility coordination.
• Support senior leadership & business teams during visits, reviews, and events.
• Lead execution of festivals, R&R events, audits, and employee engagement activities at the site.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across admin areas while maintaining service quality.

Security Management

• Lead and supervise 24x7 security operations through internal teams and security vendor partners.
• Ensure strict access control at SCC including gate operations, ID verification, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse material movement

  inward, outward, RTVs, scrap removal, return logistics

  , and gate pass authorization.
• Oversee

  material checking, vehicle sealing/unsealing

  , and reconciliation of daily inward/outward registers.
• Conduct physical audits for stock movement validation in coordination with warehouse and inventory teams.
• Ensure complete

  control of material coming into and going out of the SCC

  , with zero deviation from set approval workflows.
• Manage

  site supervision

  of all critical areasdocks, cold rooms, staging areas, loading/unloading zones, vehicle parking, and utility areas.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, material movement control, and supply chain security
• Facility management & vendor management
• Understanding of CCTV, access control, fire safety and emergency response
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
