Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling construction sites and gated communities in Administration/facilities. Your role will involve providing administrative support to project managers, civil engineers, and construction teams, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping. You will assist in the preparation and distribution of project documents, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, track project expenses, and maintain project files and databases. Additionally, you will assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment for construction projects and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to project managers, civil engineers, and construction teams - Assist in document preparation, filing, and record-keeping - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Track project expenses, invoices, and budgets - Maintain accurate project files and databases - Assist in procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Previous experience in Construction Sites administration, facilities, Customer - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and procedures preferred - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Company Details: If any additional details about the company are mentioned in the job description, they can be included here.
