Manager - Ad Ops

Role Overview: You will be working from the office in Bangalore as part of Swiggy, India's leading on-demand delivery platform known for its tech-first approach to logistics and solution-first approach to consumer demands. With a significant presence in over 500 cities across India, Swiggy has partnerships with hundreds of thousands of restaurants and boasts an employee base of over 5000 along with a strong fleet of 2 lakh+ Delivery Executives. Your role will involve ensuring unparalleled convenience for customers through continuous innovation driven by robust ML technology and massive data processing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end ad operations process, including campaign go-live, reporting, and finance workflows. - Ensure accurate execution and timely delivery of campaigns. - Manage Google Ad Manager (GAM) accounts, approvals, and conduct due diligence checks. - Lead and guide the ad operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. - Mentor team members to build their technical and operational skills. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure swift turnaround times aligning with brand and client expectations. - Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to simplify and enhance operational workflows. Qualification Required: - Prior experience of 2-4 years in ad ops management or program management is a must. - Familiarity with tools like Google Ad Manager (GAM) and other relevant platforms is an added advantage. - Proven ability to build efficient workflows and optimize processes.
