To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability for operational deliverables, proactive problem-solving skills, and a focus on achieving results. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications for this position include 2-4 years of prior experience in ad ops management or program management, familiarity with tools like Google Ad Manager (GAM) and other relevant platforms, and a proven ability to build efficient workflows and optimize processes.,
