Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manager Central Finance

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyse monthly and annual financial statements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting (MIS).
Ensure compliance with
Ind AS
, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Assist in treasury, working capital management, and group consolidation.
Collaborate with business and plant finance teams for financial governance.
Contribute to system enhancement and automation initiatives (SAP/ERP).

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant (CA)
2017 / 2018 / 2019 pass out
.
5–8 years’ experience in corporate finance, controllership, reporting, or audit.
Sound understanding of accounting standards and financial controls.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with
SAP or ERP systems
preferred.
Flexible, detail-oriented, and eager to take on cross-functional finance roles.
