We re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development Manager, Accounts Receivable (Collection) We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. What You Will Be Doing: Managing the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices, credit memos, and customer payments. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the accounts receivable process and minimize delinquencies. Monitoring aging reports and following up on overdue accounts to facilitate timely payments. Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies. Providing regular reports and analysis on accounts receivable performance to senior management. Your Profile: Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role. Strong kNwledge of accounts receivable processes, credit and collections, and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
