Manager Accounts & Finance

Job Description: As a Manager of Accounts and Finance, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and support internal control policies and procedures. You will collaborate actively with accounting staff and supervise the team to ensure seamless operations. Conducting monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, preparing financial statements, analyzing cash flow, and managing intercompany activities will be part of your routine tasks. Your role will also involve establishing efficient finance and accounting processes to enhance organizational performance. Additionally, you will be required to interact with ownership representatives and assist in the preparation of documents and analysis for annual audits. Taking on special projects and additional assignments from the leadership team will be expected to contribute to the growth and development of the company. Conducting detailed research and analysis of financial statements will also be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess core accounting experience in the month-end closing process, financial statement generation, work paper documentation, and analysis. A strong knowledge of accounting concepts, accrual accounting, and revenue recognition is essential. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks with accuracy are key requirements for this role. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, will enable you to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
