Manager Accounts / Finance Controller

1. Position:

1.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with statutory accounting standards (IND-AS / IFRS / GAAP as applicable).
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Ensure adherence to direct and indirect tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance reporting.

3.

• Manage working capital, banking relations, and treasury operations.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support business operations.
• Optimize funding structure and cost of capital.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in accounting & finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG / MNC preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong Accounting and Audit knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of IGAAP and Annual financial closing
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP ) and tax filing portals.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely, accurate monthly and Yearly closing, Audit and Taxation activates.
• Effective closure of assessments and audits.
• Internal Control and check.

2. Position: Manager - Direct & Indirect Tax (2)

Experience: 8 to 10 years in tax, with strong exposure to both direct & indirect taxes.

Budget Maximum 12 to 16 Lacs

Role & responsibilities

• Manage compliance with corporate income tax, GST, transfer pricing, and other applicable tax laws.
• Prepare/review tax returns, reconciliations, provisions, and advance tax calculations.
• Lead GST filings, refunds, reconciliations, and assessments.
• Handle tax audits, assessments, litigation, and representation before authorities.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess business impact.
• Advise on tax implications for transactions, contracts,.
• Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies and process improvements.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and external advisors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Indian direct & indirect tax laws.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP ) and tax filing portals.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

3. Position: Assistant Manager / Manager- Accounts & Finance (3)

• 3 to 15 years of experience in AP & AR processes.
• Budget Maximum 10 to 12 Lacs

Role & responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and expense claims.
• Verify invoice details, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and process payments (cheques, NEFT/RTGS, online transfers).
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor aging reports and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Record customer receipts and track outstanding balances.
• Follow up with customers for timely collections.
• Prepare AR aging reports and highlight overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes.
• Support credit control activities in line with company policies.

General Accounting & Reporting:

• Maintain general ledger entries for AP & AR.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Provide support for internal/external audits.
