Job Title: Manager – Accounts

Location: Palla, Delhi

Experience: 7 to 9 years (Managerial experience mandatory)

Education: MBA / B.Com (Finance, Accounting or related field)

Working Days: 6 Days in a week

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead budgeting and forecasting activities with the accounts team

 Ensure timely payments to farmers and vendors as per the payment cycle

 Oversee GST compliance, including timely filing of GSTR-1 (by 10th)

 Manage and review creditors & debtors ageing reports

 Conduct and finalise physical inventory on a monthly / quarterly basis

 Prepare revenue, expense, and cash flow statements

 Monitor financial records to ensure statutory and legal compliance

 Prepare schedules, documents, and analysis for annual audits

 Prepare Assets & Liabilities schedules with supporting documentation

 Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members

 Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and filing systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
