Role Overview

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable

  : Process vendor invoices, verify bills, prepare and release vendor payments on time.

• Accounts Receivable

  : Raise sales invoices to customers, track outstanding payments, and follow up where required.

• Bank Reconciliation

  : Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records.

• Taxation & Compliance

  :
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• ERP & Data Management

  : Maintain up-to-date accounting records in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.

• General Accounting

  : Handle journal entries, ledger maintenance, and trial balance preparation.

• Audit Support

  : Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and provide required data.

• Cash Flow Tracking

  : Monitor day-to-day inflows and outflows to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• M.Com / MBA Finance. Inter CA will be preferred.
• 7 -10 years of experience in accounts handling (preferably in pharma trading/distribution or similar industries).
